Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are shipped via UBS with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros or US Dollars, all taxes included apart from the treatment and shipping costs. For a shipment to the overseas territories or departments, please contact us. All orders can be payed in Euros or Dollars.

Samatoa.com.ltd has the right to change the prices at any time but the products will be invoiced accordingly to the prices stated at the moment of the order, under reserve of availability.

All prices are subject to obvious typographical error. If a manifest error occurs, Samatoa will contact you to inform you of the error made ​​by its services and will remind you that the order will be billed to the conditions corrected. However, in case of refusal of the conditions corrected, you are free to cancel the order corrected without penalty.

 The minimum order is 40 €.

Shipping costs and delivery are:

- For delivery in Europe: 30 Euros per shipment

- For deliveries to the United States: 25 Euros per shipment

Terms of Delivery

Depending upon where you live, you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from the shipping date. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
